This course combines online videos, worksheets and depending on the package you choose, either biweekly group office hours, or individual 60-minute coaching sessions with Martina. Martina has a unique talent to see someone’s potential and provide a 30,000-foot view of their accomplishments in a way that relates to the position they are applying for. Her bi-weekly office hours are ideal for interview prep and getting answers to any questions you have. Simply submit your questions beforehand via Google forms. Martina will come prepared to answer those.

Clients who do their homework and are not afraid to take the necessary steps are the most successful and turn their lackluster job search into an interview-producing machine. It's important to note that some industries, like local government, tend to take a little longer due to background checks and other time-consuming processes.
